Lock conditioning mask replenishes and hydrates the hair, sealing in moisture and protecting weak or damaged ends. It’s designed to be used after Reset and before ironing.

Get the best results

Apply on to towel dried hair immediately after Reset is rinsed and prior to ironing. Comb through and leave on for 2 minutes before rinsing for 30 seconds.

What makes it great

Lock forms a layer on the hair that protects against heat and replenishes strength and hydration with proteins, oils and seed extracts, leaving it smooth for ironing. Its positively-charged ingredients create a protective coating that attaches to the negatively-charged hair. Damaged areas of hair are even more negatively charged, meaning Lock pays special attention to these areas.

Returns Information

We are proud to offer all our customers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. This allows you to return anything you have bought from KeraStraight within 30 days of the purchase date, for either a full refund or an exchange with a valid receipt or delivery note.

To be eligible for a No Quibble Return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We do keep an eye on returns within this timeframe. If customers are found to be abusing the generosity of our guarantee, we reserve the right to refuse further returns from them.

This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
